Payment



Payment is expected at the time of purchase, unless you're sending a money order. Money orders should arrive within 10 days of purchase. Personal checks are accepted but be prepared to wait for your soap, we'll usually wait for the check to clear before we ship your order.



Shipping


FLAT RATE $6 shipping for all US orders to save you money!! If your order is under $6 to ship, we'll promptly refund the difference to your PayPal account.
We ship within 1 business day of receiving payment, either by USPS first class mail or priority mail for packages over 13 ounces. We ship to the PayPal confirmed address, please contact me immediately after ordering if you'd like your package shipped to a different address. International orders are shipped by USPS priority mail, we can fit up to 6 bars of soap in a flat rate envelope. Please be aware that you are responsible for any customs fees imposed by your country. We will get your order to you as quickly as we can! :0)



Refunds and Exchanges



Due to the nature of bath and body products, items are not returnable. Please request insurance if you're concerned about your item being lost or damaged in transit. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items once they leave our hands.



Additional Policies and FAQs



We happily wholesale our bar soaps. Minimum order is 50 bars plus shipping and insurance, $3.25 per bar. We do not currently wholesale the laundry soap or liquid soaps. Samples are available for purchase in our shop, or contact us for a custom listing.
