All my patterns are sent digital or PDF so you will need Adobe to open and use them. My patterns are also offered as paper patterns that I print off and send to you. Paper patterns will have the pattern pieces printed on cardstock so it is easy for you to get started on your creations. You will find finished items in my shoppe and they are usually the items I base my patterns on. I do create from other designers and will always let you know who the designer of my creation is. Finished items and paper patterns are shipped within 3 days unless it states differently in the listing. PDF patterns are sent to your email box within 24 hours. All patterns and ePatterns are non refundable. I want my dolls and ornies to be in good homes so if you adopt one of them and are not happy with it please email me to make arrangements for returning them. You will need to pay for the shipping back to me and it must arrive in the same condition it went out in. ( We take pictures ya know.) I am disabled so my husband is my shipper and I try to ship out within 3 days of your order unless it is an item I create when purchased and it will be stated in the description if that is the case.
