Payment I only accept payment through PayPal. Shipping I will make every attempt to ship with the US Post office within 24 hours of payment by PayPal. I would be happy to ship outside the US, please email me and I will get the shipping price. *International buyers are responsible for all customs fees, tariffs & duties* Refunds and Exchanges: I do not give refunds unless it is damaged in shipping. If you have a problem with your purchase, PLEASE contact me as soon as possible. I will try my hardest to make sure you are a satisfied customer. Other information: PLEASE NOTE that the colors of the photographs may vary from monitor to monitor, but I do my best to match the colors exactly. I cannot be held responsible or accept returns due to confusion about the item colors. If you see something that interests you, but you aren't certain about the colors, please contact me and I will send you more pictures and attempt to give you a better description. CUSTOM I do LOTS of custom work. I require a 1/2 the purchase price as a deposit for fabric, and then the other 1/2 is due before delivery. Once I receive payment I will ship. I work with my customer throughout the project by sending fabric selections to choose from and pictures of the finished product before final payment is requested.
