We ask that custom signs be paid in full prior to painting. We will gladly send a photo of the preliminary set up of the sign which is done on computer to ensure you are happy with the layout prior to painting. Shipping Our signs are painted when ordered, and will be shipped within 7-10 working days. Custom signs can take up to 14-21 working days after payment to complete and ship. If you need an item shipped sooner, please contact us, and we will make every effort to accomodate your needs! International Buyers: All customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer, and are not included in the price of the item or shipping. All signs are wrapped very carefully before shipping and we provide delivery confirmation within the U.S. If you would like to add insurance to your order, simply let us know prior to purchase so that we can adjust the shipping and price. If you are giving one of our signs as a gift, we will gladly send your package to a gift recipient with free gift wrapping! Refunds and Exchanges Our items are 100% satisfaction guaranteed. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order upon receiving it, we will refund the full amount less shipping. The buyer is responsible for return shipping, unless the item is damaged or was grossly misrepresented. (must contact us within 7 days from receipt of item for refund).
