Payment:

At this time I am only taking payments via PayPal. You can pay using PayPal even if you don't have a bank account or credit/debit card. Please see www.PayPal.com for details.

If payment is not received within 3 days of order, order will be cancelled and item will be relisted in the store. If this is a problem for you, just contact me and we can work something out.

Shipping:

At this time I am only shipping to the USA and Canada.

Items will be shipped within 2-3 business days of cleared payment.

Digital items will be emailed to you within 2-3 business days of cleared payment. Contact me if you can not receive large email attachments and I can make other arrangements or break the attachment into parts with winrar.

Returns:

No returns on Digital items.

Returns on other items will be accepted if it arrived damaged or defective. You must contact me within 7 days of receipt of item and explain the problem. A refund to your PayPal account will be issued after I receive the item back. No refunds on return shipping.

I want you to be happy with your purchases so please feel free to contact me with any questions you have. Be sure to read the product descriptions carefully and look at all the pictures of the item. However, know that different monitors will show colors differently so the color of the item you receive will probably not be an exact match to what you saw in the shop.

Custom work:

For digital work, I will send you a design for approval. There will be an additional fee if you request changes after you have already approved it.

For other work, I will send you a photo of the item for approval before shipping.

Copyrights:

On digital products, I retain copyright meaning you may not resell, add to a collection for sale, distribute in any form, or claim as your own. You may not edit the EXIF of the file. For more information see the product description.
