Silver Earth Designs uses USPS Priority, Fed-Ex and UPS for all shipping needs. All orders are shipped out no later than three business days after an order has been completed and payment made. Shipping rate calculations take into consideration location, service time and weight of package. Insurance and delivery receipt is required on all packages sent. UPS and Fed-Ex include these services in their rates while the USPS requires additional fees. Flat rate fees for all methods of shipping are calculated with the above considerations in mind.
-Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
-Priority Shipping: 2-3 business days (USPS)
-Overnight Air: Next business day by 3 p.m.
In the event that your order arrives damaged, please save the box and all packaging material for inspection by a UPS, Fed-Ex or USPS representative.

It is my goal to make doing business with Silver Earth Designs an absolute pleasure. I will do all that I can to ensure that your needs have been addressed in an efficient and timely manner. It is my desire that you like wearing my designs as much as I love creating them. However, I do understand that from time-to-time customers change their mind regarding their purchases. Therefore, certain provisions are made for such occasions.
If you wish to return your purchase, please do so within 15 days of original ship date. Items postmarked and returned in this time frame in new, unworn and unused condition accompanied by original receipt and returned in original packaging, will gladly be accepted for exchange or credit.
You may return your purchase to the return address listed on your shipment. Please allow 3-5 business days from the time your return shipment is received for returns to be processed. Credit card refunds can only be issued to the card used in the original purchase. For your protection, please DO NOT send your credit card information to Silver Earth Designs by mail or by e-mail.
With the exception of incomplete or incorrect orders or items damaged in shipment and claimed within the required immediate timeframe (no later than 1 day after purchase is received), return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility. Please use the shipping carrier most convenient to you and keep a copy of your tracking number for your records. In the event that your package is lost or damaged en route to me, you will need this number to make a claim with the shipping carrier. For your protection, it is recommended that you insure your return package, as Silver Earth Designs cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in a return shipment.
Please note that Silver Earth Designs reserves the right not to accept returns made outside the parameters of this policy.
