SilverPalaceSoaps' Policies
I am only able to ship in the United States and Canada at this time. I will ship multiple items as cheaply as possible. I accept Pay Pal and secure money orders. All items will be securely wrapped. Returns are accepted with valid reason. I can produce custom orders given enough lead time. Special orders may cause a delay in shipping.
While soap is a wash off product, Silver Palace Soaps is not responsible for the usage and outcome of soaps after purchase. We have a policy of returns based on usage. If it is soap and has been removed from its package and used, we can not return any money to you, as it becomes damaged goods. All other items, except lotions and creams, can be returned.
