I ship within three business days of your payment.

I ship first class mail with delivery confirmation in the US and I will insure any package with a value over US $50.00 to both the US and internationally at no extra cost to you.

Please note that any duties or customs fees assessed by your country are the responsibility of the buyer and is not included in the shipping or purchase price of items.

If an item arrives damaged in any way please contact me immediately. I will be happy to refund once the original is returned to me. As it is almost impossible to make the exact same bead twice, if you would prefer a replacement I would be happy to make you a bead as close as possible to the original.

PLEASE make sure that you look at the measurement included in each listing. I also try to include a picture next to a ruler so that you have a good idea of what size they are.

A note on color. Monitors vary in how they display color. I have represented the color of my pieces as accurately as possible on my monitor but it may look slightly different on yours. If you have any questions regarding color please contact me and I will do my best to answer any questions you may have.
