Your order will be shipped within 3 days after payment is received. In the case of money orders, orders will ship as soon as payment has cleared. Please note that you do not need to have a PayPal account in order to pay with a credit card through PayPal. When checking out, look for the link to 'Continue without signing up' if you do not have or want a PayPal account. If mailing your payment, please contact me to let me know when payment is sent, as I reserve the right to cancel orders if payment is not received and no contact is made within 3 days of purchase. Shipping will be by USPS First Class Mail. However, upgrade to Priority Mail is available for an additional charge, if requested. 6% state sales tax will be added to orders shipping within West Virginia. For international customers: Please be aware that all duties and customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer. REFUNDS/EXCHANGES Customer satisfaction is very important to me and I strive for excellent customer service. All products are inspected closely for flaws before packaging and all orders are packed securely with the goal of preventing damage in transit. Handcrafted items will, of course, vary slightly from one item to the next, but I do make every effort to accurately describe and depict my creations. However, if you receive a damaged item or it really is not what you expected, contact me within 2 days after delivery. I will be glad to offer repair, exchange or refund, depending on the circumstances. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Much of the jewelry you will see in my shop can be customized with different colors, metals, etc. Please contact me if you would like to request a different color, metal, earwire style, etc. and I will get right back to you to let you know what is available and whether there is an additional cost. I welcome custom requests. If you need something special created, please let me have the opportunity to design something unique, just for you. A non-refundable deposit of 50 percent may be required for custom orders to cover material costs, depending on the individual project. Custom orders may require 1-4 weeks to complete, depending on the complexity of the project and the materials involved.
