-A little about the silver...
Precious Metal Clay (PMC) is an amazing material to create with! Tiny particles of eco-friendly reclaimed pure silver are combined with an organic binder which burns away during firing. The finished piece is 99.9% pure silver and can be hallmarked .999 to distinguish them as fine silver. (Sterling is 92.5% silver)

-The nature of my work...
My pieces are created with love, one at a time. They have a very handcrafted artisan feel. This is not machine-made, mass-produced jewelry and is not intended to appear 'perfect'! It is very elegantly, charmingly imperfect! After firing, each piece is burnished either by hand or with a tumbler (sometimes both!) to bring out the beautiful silver shine. After dipping in an oxidizing agent, they are polished again by hand.

Payment
I accept Paypal. If you wish to pay with a credit card, a Paypal account is not required, simply choose the Paypal option at checkout and look for further instructions.

Shipping
With the exception of personalized orders, items are ready to ship, and nearly all orders go out the day after payment is received although I will try to get them out the same day. To keep things simple and secure I ship USPS first class insured with delivery confirmation, for a flat rate of $4. Additional items on the same order ship free. Your jewelry will arrive in a padded mailer, nicely packaged in a gift box. If you would prefer a different shipping method, let me know and I'll adjust the listing for you.

Refunds and Exchanges
I genuinely want you to love your purchase! If you are not happy with your item please contact me within 7 days and we will work out a solution to your satisfaction: exchange, reworking the piece, or refund. Personalized and custom items are non-returnable but I will make every possible effort to ensure you are happy with the piece. Please see that policy section for more information.

These pieces are made to order, created to your specifications. Please allow 1-2 weeks for personalized items(although most are ready within 3 days). If you need it faster, contact me- depending on my schedule, I may be able to create it sooner. Altered or customized designs may take a little longer, depending on the complexity. I will work with you closely and make every effort to make sure special orders are exactly as you wish, but there may be a fee involved if the piece must be redone. (Unless I've made a mistake, of course!)
