I ship locally and internationally. Shipping costs include postage,handling, & insurance. Rates are as follows:

US: $4.00 + $.50 each additional item, Canada: $5.00 + $.50 each additional item, International: $7 + $.50 each additional item.

International Buyers Please Note: Import duties, taxes, fees and and other charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges and are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine those costs.

Most of my creations are one of a kind items. Some of the less expensive items, such as stretch bracelets, wire rings, simple earrings, etc., I will make multiples of. Custom orders are unique creations, unless the customer wants 2 identical pieces. See below for more on custom orders.

All orders go out within 24 hours on business days or the first available business day after.

Custom work requires a 50% non-refundable advance. This covers the cost of my materials should something happen, like your computer crashed and it took you a month to get it fixed. In the mean time, the stress has totally wiped your memory of ordering a custom piece of jewelry and my reminder emails are buried somewhere in a list of 1500 other emails waiting for you to get back online. :)

With very few exceptions, there are no returns on custom work. For all custom work, I take photos and send them to you for pre-approval before making the special listing for you to purchase. I do my best to make sure everything is as close to perfect as possible before sending it out. I am human, though, and I have no problem admitting that I can and have made mistakes. :)

ALL returns MUST be in original condition, with the exception of items returned for repair, and must be pre-authorized. I guarantee my work 100%. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, I will work with you to make it right.
