Payment must be received within 3 days of purchase or item will be re-listed - if you have an issue or need more time, just let me know and I'll work with you =D

Custom work is invoiced as soon as the item is done and you have approved of the finished piece by emailed pictures.



Shipping is usually USPS Priority mail and insurance is included, unless otherwise stated in the item's description. If FREE shipping is offered, it will be through the same service as above and will be Priority Insured.

I will happily ship out of the U.S. but with all things being different I would appreciate a convo or email requesting a quote. It's too hard, with current available systems, to give a decent shipping quote for anything but Canada and I thank you in advance for understanding!

As with all of my shipping, I only charge what it costs me; if you pay $23.00 for shipping and it comes to $17.60 instead, you will be refunded the difference immediately after I print the label - for all destinations! There's never a "handling fee"!

If you need your item shipped to a different address, just let me know before you pay so I can send an updated invoice - I'm happy to gift wrap too, if you need to send as a gift, at no extra charge!

If you're not satisfied with your order, contact me first, then refund will be issued upon receipt of item intact and re-sellable. Return must be received within 14 days of your receiving it. No returns on personalized items (with names on it) or custom items that are very unusual and would be hard to sell (at my discretion). If you receive an item that is damaged let me know immediately.



Original shipping charges will also be refunded with any of above situations but not return shipping charges.



I love to receive feedback, an email is always highly regarded - even just a note to let me know you've received it and that you love it...
