Welcome to out store policies! we are here to make you happy, not to give you a nightmare transaction! We welcome any questions or concerns on any items. We will answer them to are best of knowledge.

Payment
We accept Paypal and money orders only. We will not ship any items until payment is in hand. So if you have a deadline for needing your item place take this into consideration!

Shipping
We always ship our items by priority mail in the US. All shipping prices are based on priority mail prices. All Items are shipped the day after payment is received. For anywhere out of the US, If it is a bigger item that can not go into an envelope, like hair falls, we like to ship them by priority international mail, this way there is tracking on your item, just so we know when and where it is at all times. It's much better then sending it first class and never getting it! If you do not want your item to be shipped this way and would like to change it, please feel free to contact us.

Also please note we only ship to the address on your paypal account. So please make sure that it is updated and correct!

Refunds and Exchanges
Due to health regulations we can not accept returns on any of our hair falls, veils or hats. We are more then willing to work with you if you are upset about something, but we can not return the item. If you have any problem or questions, please feel free to contact us.
