HANDCRAFTED ITEM INFORMATION: All items are made by me, but there are a few photos I use which were taken by friends who allow me to make them into cards and keychains for my shop(s); those will be noted and credit given to my friends who took the photos.
All earrings can be made as nonpierced styles as well. Just let me know if you would like this service at no additional cost.
My home is smoke-free but I do have one kitty cat as already mentioned elsewhere. I keep all supplies and finished products in sealed zipper bags and storage containers prior to sale and shipping. And my cat never comes in contact with any of the supplies or finished items. There are no perfumes or fragrances used in my home, so your items will not arrive with allergens of that nature.
Note: All cat collars are custom made to order and may take 2 to 3 business days to be sewn and finished for you once payment is received and cleared into my account. Often I make a collar the same day an order arrives, but I am not always able to do this.
PAYMENT: All orders must be paid for within 5 days. If you need more time, be sure to let me know.
For US buyers, I accept PayPal, Amazon Payments, Google Checkout, RME, and USPS or bank money orders (but no other type). Since Google Checkout and RME are not options for automatic checkout and payment here on ArtFire, just let me know you'd like to pay with one of those options, and I will send you an invoice through their payment systems.
If you pay with an e-check through PayPal, your shipping will be delayed until payment clears. Same for money orders which are treated like checks by banks.
For international buyers, I accept PayPal only. No money orders.
All purchases and shipping costs from one buyer must be paid for in one combined payment within 5 days of purchase. If you need more time, just ask.
NONPAYMENT: If an order is placed but not paid for within 3 days of purchase, the order will be canceled and item relisted. I will contact the buyer at least once via ArtFire message and email.
TAX: Tax will be added for orders shipped to AZ addresses.
SHIPPING: All items will be shipped to the payment source address (PayPal, Amazon, Google, RME). PayPal addresses must be confirmed or verified addresses.
If your ArtFire ship-to address and payment ship-to address do not match, I will contact you but if you do not reply within 3 days, I will ship to your payment source address unless you let me know why I should not.
So please be sure your payment site shipment address information is correct for shipping or else communicate to me why you would need to use another address prior to shipment of your order.
If you wish your item shipped to another name or address as a gift, please let me know prior to payment.
If payment is with a money order, I will ship when the money order clears my bank; this could be as long as 10 days but usually is much sooner depending on when I am able to get to the bank to deposit your money order. Shipping address used will be the one in the ArtFire purchase notification unless the buyer notifies me otherwise.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS: Any item may be returned within 10 days of receipt for any reason. I want you to be happy!
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer (unless the reason for return is due to my errors). Refunds will be given minus original shipping charges (again unless reason for return is a mistake on my part).
Refund/exchange will be done after items being returned are received and found to be in original unused condition.
No refunds are given for items not received but which were delivered per the USPS (delivery confirmation info will serve as proof of delivery). There is absolutely no flexibility with this policy. So please be sure your items can be delivered to a safe place if you are not going to be home to receive your items. I cannot take responsibility for theft or damage due to animals, neighbors, etc., in your neighborhood or location.
Any item that arrives damaged will ensure refund of purchase price or replaced (if possible) once photos of damaged item(s) are received by me via email.
For international orders, refunds for missing or nondelivered items will be at 50% of order total (including shipping cost) after 6 weeks (from shipment date). I will have proof of shipment on my end but no proof of delivery since this is not available on first class international airmail packages. The half refund is also because there is on way to track international first class mail shipments for recovery, meaning both the customer and I lose out completely.
Since the customer and the seller both lose in such situations, the refund will be half of the total amount paid since it will be the fault of neither should a package go missing.
Any item that arrives damaged will be refunded or replaced once photos of damaged item(s) are sent to me via email.
