Full payment must be made on purchases prior to shipping. Items will be shipped within 1 week of payment receipt, excluding weekends and Canadian statutory holidays, unless otherwise stated. Dyed on Demand yarns will take longer; check the individual listing for more information. I am in Canada and will be using Canada Post as my shipping method. Currently I have shipping listed for both Canada and the United States. I am willing to ship worldwide, please contact me and we can work out shipping arrangements. Shipping costs are listed on each individual item, for Canada & USA. If you are ordering from OUTSIDE of Canada, please remember that items will likely have to clear through customs. You should receive your order between 2-4 weeks after ordering. If you require any sort of priority shipping, please contact me directly so I can look into priority rates for your item. Please ensure your Artfire address is current. The shop will not be responsible for sending packages to an incorrect Artfire address. If an item is returned due to me due to incorrect Artfire address, the buyer will be contacted and offered either a refund of purchase price less shipping, or may pay for shipping again to a correct address. Please purchase your items carefully, as refunds or exchanges are not permitted in my shop. Should an item arrive damaged, contact me within 7 days of receipt. My household is smoke-free, but dog-friendly. Please take this into account when ordering, especially regarding items using yarn. I do my best to keep my products free from dog hair, and thoroughly inspect items prior to shipping, however some may be missed! If you are allergic to dogs, please take this into consideration when you order from my shop. Most hand dyed yarns and hand spun yarns are one of a kind; however if you contact me I can do my best to accommodate repeat skeins. This will be more likely with hand dyed yarns; hand spun yarns are harder to duplicate, especially if the roving I used to spin the yarn with was not one I dyed myself. I am happy to consider custom orders; please feel free to contact me in this regard!
