Custom wedding package orders will require a 50% deposit to get started on your order with the balance due once your order is complete and you have approved all items. Basically, we will chat about what you need and when we have a plan, then I'll create a listing for you to make your deposit. Significant changes to the flower selection after your deposit has been paid may add extra cost to your order. I'll make your items, sending you photos of the progress, and when you're happy with everything, I'll create a second listing for the remainder of the balance. When this payment is processed, your items will ship!!!
Songs from the Garden accepts payments by paypal. Orders will ship within 2 business days of your final payment and cancellations are allowed only on ready-to-ship-items and if your order has not yet shipped. No cancellations will be accepted on custom orders.
Texas residents will be charged 7.25% sales tax upon checkout. International buyers may be charged duty fees by their postal service. Please check with your country's post office for details on this possible charge.
Turnaround time for orders is 4 weeks. Custom orders will ship via USPS Parcel Post with insurance and delivery confirmation, unless you have previously arranged expedited shipping. Parcel Post packages mailed to U.S. addresses should arrive in 7-10 business days. Delivery confirmation, tracking and insurance are not available on international orders. Shipping time for international orders may take up to 4 weeks.
