All sales are final, unless during shipment, an item is broken. If that should happen, please email me immediately, and upon return of that item, I will quickly refund your money, including your shipping costs. I utilize bubble pack and padded envelopes to avoid such an incident. All items include a nice cotton filled gift box suitable for giving.
