Payment
We accept Paypal / Google Checkout / money order /cash on pick up. If your preferred payment method is Google please contact us in the comments section and we'll gladly send you an invoice for your total. Payments are required within 24 hours of your purchase. If more time is needed for payment please contact us to let us know and we will be more than happy to work with you.

If no payment and/or failure to respond to messages or emails within 24 hours of purchase will result in a canceled sale.

Shipping
We ship EVERYWHERE, even to APO address and International.

INSURANCE:
We do offer shipping insurance for a flat rate of $2.35 regardless of your purchase price. We strongly recommend you ask for this to added to your invoice, as no refunds are given on uninsured packages. This protects you from losses or damages incurred by the post office while the package is in transit.

Artfire does not have a shipping calculator, we have to estimate all shipping charges. We try and charge accurate shipping, but that is not always the case. We will gladly refund any shipping charge in excess of $2.00. We also will combine shipping on multiple orders to again save you money on shipping.

We ship 4 days a week via USPS and 2 days a week via Fed Ex on large orders. Shipping on Saturdays is not possible via Fed Ex, so please note that most orders received on Friday will not ship until Monday. We do offer Flat Rate shipping for qualified orders, so buy more and save! Remember not all items fit into a flat rate box. We will always ship the cheapest method to help save you money.

Please keep in mind we do sell candles:
SUMMER SHIPPING (June - August) - Because our candles are made using mostly soy ( a low melt point wax) in the summer months the outside temperature can easily melt our products, we ONLY ship via USPS twice weekly to ensure we can carry your package to the post office in the hopes your package will spend less time in the mailmans truck :)Please note, however, that there are no refunds for items that melt during shipping, so please know that buying during the summer months is "at your own risk"

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: You are responsible for any customs or duty fees. All purchases 4lbs and under will be shipped First Class International. Any purchases over 4lbs will automatically be upgraded to Priority Mail and an invoice reflecting the extra cost will be emailed to you. IMPORTANT: As an international buyer, it is your responsibility to know which items can and cannot be shipped to your country. No refunds are given for items which are confiscated by your customs agency.

Refunds and Exchanges
We try to please our customers the best we can, sometimes you will not be happy with a products and we understand. We are happy to work out a solution to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. Please read our poicies below before purchasing so you can fully understand our terms before your purchase.

Please Note: Our shipping charges are never refunded as that is a cost we also cannot recoup. If a refund is agreed upon please keep in mind it will cover the purchase price of the item only.

NO REFUNDS:
We do not under any circumstances accept refunds for the following items: BATH AND BODY, DPG, FRAGRANCE, or half used products. We also do not refund or replace lost or damaged items that were not insured. We offer insurance to each customer to cover this event.

Please keep in mind we do sell items that can be damaged by heat. We do all we can on our behalf to prevent this from happening. Insurance does not cover melted candles and wax, so again Please purchase at yoru own risk.
