I love happy customers, therefore I can assure you that all of my work and items are top quality, as if I was making them or purchasing them for myself.
I describe my items to the best of my ability and I try to take clear, up close photos showing everything about the item that I can. I love what I do and could not continue to do it without constantly striving to make my customers happy!
Payment:
Payment is due upon purchase at check out with Paypal.
A little note about PayPal...
Paypal is the preferred method of payment, (very quick and easy). Having an account is not necessary. You may simply use PayPal to process your major credit card payment.
Shipping:
Orders are shipped within 2 business days of receipt of payment unless otherwise noted; although I usually ship within 24 hours, if possible! I ship 5 days per week, Monday-Friday, (I do not ship on Saturday or Sunday).
Shipping labels are printed directly from Paypal. Please be sure to have the correct, updated address information at the time of check out.
All orders are packaged very carefully and are sent via USPS First Class mail with USPS Delivery Confirmation within the United States. You can also request an upgrade to Priority Mail Shipping for an additional $3.00 (Domestic Delivery). Please contact me to adjust shipping charges prior to purchase.
Shipping insurance may also be purchased for $1.75. Insurance is highly recommended to protect you from lost or damaged items. Without insurance I can not reimburse you for any lost, stolen or damaged packages.
Insurance is also available for my International customers:
The Fee for International Insurance is $3.00. Your package must be sent Priority Mail to qualify for Insurance Protection. Please contact me for International, Priority Mail pricing prior to purchase.
My shipping costs include the cost for packaging materials, postage and other fees. Also, as mentioned Delivery Confirmation is also included on all shipments!
Please allow 5-7 business days for domestic shipping. Orders ship from Ohio.
Refunds and Exchanges:
Please read the description of the item carefully to be sure you will be happy with your purchase. I try to take pictures of products in natural light for true representation of colors.
I want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you have any concerns please contact me within 3 days of receipt.
Please contact me if you are returning an item.
If a return or exchange is deemed necessary, it must be received in the same condition in which it was sent, (undamaged), and returned to me within 7 days of the buyer's receipt of the item. I will issue a refund of the listing price minus S&H fees to the buyer's Paypal account directly. Buyer pays return shipping. The buyer is responsible for any additional shipping costs involved with returns or exchanges.

Please Note: The Vintage Jewelry that I Sell I do Not Clean/Polish; I Leave That Up to the New Owner Because I Do Not Want to Disturb Any Natural Patina.
Special note for International buyers: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Check with your country's customs office to determine additional costs prior to purchase. All items are marked at purchase value.
