Welcome to Sparks!

I will do my best to respond to all orders or enquiries within 24 hours. Please note that I am based in Australia, so time zone differences apply.

PAYMENT

Within Australia: Paypal or Direct Deposit
International: Paypal only

Contact should be made within 3 days of making a purchase and payment within 7 days. If I do not receive payment within 7 days of purchase, I will cancel the sale and relist the item.


SHIPPING

All shipping costs quoted do not include insurance, which is optional. Once the item is posted, no responsibility can be taken for loss or damage. So, I would strongly recommend taking out insurance!

As a guide, within Australia:

$2.35 for the first $100
$3.45 for $200
$4.55 for $300

International:

$8.00 for $100
$11.00 for $200
$14.00 for $300

These costs are not fixed as they are quoted from Australia Post and are also subject to change due to fluctuatons in currency rates. I will get you an exact cost for insurance at the time of purchase.

The shipping costs quoted for my items covers parcel post charges. If your package comes in at under 2cm (e.g. if you request your item not be gift-boxed) and I am able to pay only letter postage rates I will refund you the difference.

Contact me if you want insurance and I will send you an adjusted invoice.

REFUNDS

Refunds are not offered for items that have been lost or damaged in the post, if no insurance has been taken.

If you have taken out insurance and your item is lost or damaged, refunds are made via the shipping agent. Let me know and I will assist in the process.

If you are unhappy with your purchase or it is not what you expected, I will happily provide you with a store credit.

Refunds are only offered on items which have arrive damaged or faulty. However if the item arrives in damaged packaging, this is to be taken up with the postal service as I take great care to ensure items are properly protected when packed.

If you would like a refund/store credit, please contact me first to let me know. Following this, you will need to return the item within 7 days, in unused condition with tags attached and in giftbox/pouch supplied. The item must be shipped insured. Once I receive the item I will issue the refund/store credit.

Return shipping costs are not refundable.

CUSTOM ORDERS

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required in advance for custom orders, with the balance due on completion. Please contact me to discuss your requirements.

LAY-BYS

I am happy to provide lay-bys for any item over $50. An initial non-refundable payment of 25% is required up front, with the balance paid in no more than 3 months. Please contact me for more information.
