WELCOME
Thank you for shopping with Speranza Jewelry. I hope you will bookmark my store under your favorites and continue to check back often as my inventory changes all the time.

PAYMENT
I accept all major credit cards on Pay Pal. (Note: You don't have to be a Pay Pal member to use my Pay Pal link.)
Please make your payment at the time of the sale. Your order will be shipped as soon as possible, and no later than 48 hours after you make your purchase. For example, if you make your purchase on a Monday during business hours, your order will ship on Tuesday. If you make your order on Saturday after the post office closes, your order will ship on Monday.

SHIPPING
I make every effort to ensure that your jewelry reaches you safely.

I will ship your purchase through the U.S. Postal Service in an organza bag, packed in a box or padded mailer. I purchase delivery confirmation for all packages and will send you a USPS tracking number.

I'm happy to ship outside the U.S. using U.S. Postal Service International Shipping. However, delivery confirmation is not available for all areas.

The buyer is responsible for all general shipping charges, as well as additional charges that might be specifically associated with shipping to their region or country.

I am also happy to insure your package for an additional charge. Please contact me if you would like me to purchase delivery insurance or upgrade to expedited shipping.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
I hope you will be completely satisfied with your purchase and enjoy it for years to come. However, if you are not entirely happy with your purchase I will consider refund or exchange requests on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase. Please contact me so we can work to come up with a mutually satisfying resolution.

ADDITIONAL POLICIES AND FAQS
I accept custom orders. However, please allow at least 4 weeks for custom orders as they usually involve purchasing materials specifically for you. If you're interested in discussing a custom order, please feel free to contact me.
