I accept payment by Amazon payments only.
Most items will ship USPS, either 1st class or Priority within 48 hours. Seller will be notified if there is to be a delay for any reason. Additional charges for rush deliveries, insured packages, etc. Contact me by email to make arrangements for any special shipping.
I will do my best to achieve customer satisfaction. Obviously, I cannot return money until an item has been returned, but if it is returned within 30 days in original condition, 100% of the items cost will be refunded. If a quality issue arises, I will either fix the piece, replace it or refund according to negotiations with my customer and their preference.
Shipping fees will not be refunded for any reason.
