Most items are guaranteed to be free of defects. I will replace defective items, please contact me for replacement, however, "On Sale" category items are sold AS IS, and may be the last one so a replacement may not be possible. Also Gemstone items will vary in size, shape, color and may have natural cracks or flaws that are not considered defects. Please note ALL SALES ARE FINAL. I do not refund shpping costs or pay for return postage. I am not responsible for damaged or lost mail if you do not request insurance on your package.
