HOW TO ORDER:
Purchases can be made directly from my studio. If you need to place a custom order, I can set up a custom listing that will be reserved just for you within my studio. Please contact me prior to placing an order if a custom design is needed.
PAYMENT:
I accept the following forms of payment-
1. All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, and Discover) which are processed via Pay Pal
2. Direct payments via Pay Pal
3. Google Checkout
4. Money orders (some restrictions apply)
Payment for your purchase must be completed in full before I can begin work on any order. I do not accept order cancellations once I begin work on an order, however if you need to change the color, size, etc. of an item I can normally accomodate your request if you contact me quickly after placing your order.
SHIPPING:
Domestic/U.S. Shipping-
Most orders will ship via USPS Priority Mail, depending upon the weight and size of the item ordered. This is the most inexpensive shipping method and it allows me to keep my shipping prices fairly low for my customers. If you prefer that I ship via UPS or FedEx, please let me know when you checkout. Additional shipping fees may need to be collected if your preferred shipping method is more expensive than USPS. Shipping upgrades, such as Express Overnight or 2-Day Select delivery is also an option that can be added if needed, but again, I will need to invoice you for the additional costs of those services. Contact me if you would like your shipment changed to a different shipping carrier or to a upgraded shipping method.
International Shipping-
I can also ship worldwide to most countries and/or territories located outside of the United States. International orders are normally shipped via USPS Priority International Mail, however, I can upgrade your shipment to Express International Mail upon request (additional charges will apply). Please contact me for more information.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME:
Due to the large amount of orders I receive, my current shipping timeframe is 3-4 weeks from order date. This timeframe does not include the amount of days your order will be transit once it ships, so please allow an additional 2-5 days for delivery. If you need your item sooner or by a specific date, I can usually rush the completion and shipment of your order for an additional fee. Please contact me prior to placing your order to request rush shipping and I will increase the price of the listing to include the rush order fee.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES:
Most of the items in my shop are custom made, personalized, etc. This means that I make them upon order according to your specifications. I cannot accept returns or exchanges for these types of items for any reason. If a mistake was made on your order, then of course I will make it right. My return policy is usually stated within the description area of each of my listings, that way you know whether or not that particular item is returnable or not before making a purchase. If you are ever unclear about the return policies for any of my items, please contact me prior to placing your order for more information and/or details.

I stand behind each and every one of my designs, and I can guarantee that any item purchased from my store will be of the highest quality and craftsmanship. I use only the finest supplies, materials, fabric, etc. when creating my products, so you will always receive items which are beautifully made and professionally finished. To insure that you are satisfied with your purchase, I will always communicate with you before, during, and after your order is placed should you have any questions, concerns, etc. regarding your order.
