----------Welcome---------- All items are handmade in a pet free and smoke free home. If there are options to be chosen such as color or size, please let me know in the special instructions area when you purchase and/or feel free to convo me. I can't start items without this information! ***Please note that my crocheted hats and headbands are not handmade by me. I do order these items and then any bows or flower clips added ARE made by me personally. With this in mind, sometimes certain items can be backordered and I may not have exactly what is pictured in stock (although I try my hardest to keep my listings updated).*** ***When you order and this occurs, I may substitute a like item with your order. For example... if you order something with a skinny black nylon headband, I may substitute for a 1.5" black nylon or crocheted headband. I may even substitue for a color that coordinates with items that you ordered - ex. white nylon headband for a black headband - but only if it goes well.*** ***I WILL NOT substitute like items ONLY if you specify exactly what you want in the "Message to Seller" box at checkout. If you want a skinny black nylon headband, please be sure to let me know. If I don't have that item in stock and you have specifically asked for that item, I will convo you to figure out a solution (refund or other options).*** ----------Payment---------- Payment is due within 24 hours via PayPal. Sales tax rate of 8.058% will be collected at checkout.** ----------Shipping---------- I ship via the USPS First Class normally within 5 business days days - but depending on my workload, ship times can range up to 15 business days. Please check my shop announcement for current lead time or send me a convo! Because my workload can vary greatly, I do not in any way guarantee a ship date for your item unless you check with me before ordering! If you need your item sooner... RUSH SERVICE (from me) Check with me first for production times - most of the time I can accommodate rush orders. (20%). RUSH SHIPPING (from the post office) I can also get you a quote on faster shipping choices - Priority is $8, Express is $22 (both for US shipments only). Please contact me BEFORE purchasing the listing you are interested in so I can adjust the shipping charges accordingly. After I place your item in the mail I can not be held responsible for it's delivery time or condition, lost or stolen items. If you would like insurance please let me know. I'll be happy to get it for you and add it to the total purchases. That being said, I package all my items carefully as to avoid any damages during transit. **Delivery times CANNOT be guaranteed unless you request and pay for Express shipping. To minimize fraud and protect you, I can only ship items to the address listed in PayPal. Please make sure the address and email listed in PayPal is accurate and matches the address listed in Etsy! International orders are sometimes subject to duties and taxes depending on the individual country being shipped to. It is the responsibility for the buyer to pay any extra fees charged in order for items to be delivered. In all international cases, I absolutely can't guarantee delivery by a certain date. Sometimes mail can get held up in customs for several weeks and I have no control over that. Please plan to allow for this... if you need your order by a certain date, allow at LEAST a month of advance notice! Any ePatterns will be emailed within 24 hours of payment. ----------Refunds and Exchanges---------- If no fabric choices are given, item will be made in size requested and sent as pictured in the first (main) listing photo unless indicated otherwise. Please check individual listings for color and fabric availabilities as items pictured might not always be available in those colors! As a disclaimer, I must say that my products are all individually handmade and may differ slightly from the item photographed (no two pieces are ever identical) - though the cotton fabric print will always be the pictured type. Ribbon, thread, and the fabric layout may not be exact but will be very similar to the photograph. This is what separates me from a factory! That said, I strive to make every listing as accurate as possible. Due to the custom nature of my business, I am not able to offer any refunds or returns! Exchanges are offered for change in size only within 30 days of original sale - fabric and design must be exact same as original. Exchanges must be preapproved, please contact me for more information. Items must be in new/unworn/unwashed* condition. Items must be shipped at buyer's cost to seller before work can begin on a new item for buyer. Seller will ship new item at no cost back to buyer. *Please note that items WILL shrink when dried. I don't prewash or shrink my fabrics due to allergies in some children. Please allow for this when ordering! Under no circumstance will shipping costs be refundable. Any authorized 'returns' will be subject to a $2.00 processing fee to cover any fees already paid by Seller for Artfire, Etsy, PayPal, ProPay, etc. ----------Custom Embroidery---------- Because of the additional time and supplies required for long names (over 6 characters)... I reserve the right to request additional payment to cover these costs when necessary (typically $2-3 per character). Prices shown only include ONE NAME no matter the character count in that name. If you'd like to add TWO names to your custom item... I'd be happy to see if it will work with the item you're interested in and give you a custom quote for this service. Due to the nature of embroidery, I may not always have enough space to fit longer names. Not all fonts are the same. Sometimes certain fonts won't work with certain characters or designs... I reserve the right to substitute a similar font when this happens. **All custom bags require that a name be entered at checkout as requested in the product listing description so I know what to embroider. If you do not enter this information at checkout, please email or call me immediately so I can add the info to your order. This information is due within 24 hours...otherwise the bag will be sent WITHOUT embroidery. No refund/return will be given in this case. I do offer the option to add the embroidery, however any shipping costs associated with returning the item to the Seller to have custom embroidery added and then shipping again back to Customer will be the sole responsibility of the Customer. All of my items are crafted by hand, completely by me - there is a significant amount of time and love that goes into each piece. In fairness to all of my customers, all listed prices and custom quotes are non-negotiable EXCEPT... - when a large order is placed (over $200). - Sales are held twice a year for 1 day only each time - sale dates are announced on my facebook fan page and are not disclosed in advance.
