DOMESTIC ORDERS:
Domestic orders are shipped through PayPal Shipping and are sent USPS First Class mail. Please make sure your PayPal account has the correct address. It is the responsibility of the buyer to cover additional expenses for returned packages.

Start to Finish is NOT responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. Once the package ships it becomes US Government property and it is the responsibility of USPS to deliver. If you have a lost, sold, or damaged package please contact USPS.

Packages are shipped out in the order they are received. In fairness to all customers rush orders are not accepted.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
International orders are sent through USPS mail. Please make sure the address given is correct. It is the buyer's responsibility to cover additional expenses due to returned packages.

Start to Finish is NOT responsible for custom fees or taxes.

All orders are shipped out within 1-4 days of ordering.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Refunds and exchanges are acceptable within the first 30 days of purchasing. The buyer is responsible for the shipping cost.
