I use FedEx Ground or USPS and usually ship within 1 business day of confirming your order. Please watch for my confirmation email from linda@steiderstudios.com.
I want you to be 100% happy with my glass products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, I will be happy to exchange or refund, less shipping costs.
Custom orders welcome!
To insure your purchase of glass arrives safely I double box it. This method is a bit more expensive and time consuming, but less stressful and necessary for glass to arrive safely.
International orders are welcome, please contact me for shipping rates to your country, if not already listed. Let me know which pieces you're interested in and I'll add the correct shipping amount right on the product page for you. All International customers are responsible for any duty and/or customs fees that may be requested upon arrival of your package.
