Shipping We strive to ship all orders within 3 days of receiving your cleared payment. We ship all of our decals securely using the USPS. International Shipping Please understand that shipping times will vary according to the destination. I've had packages take 3-4 weeks to get to Canada, while the same size package only took 7-10 days to reach Austrailia from the USA. If it has been 30 days and you still have not received your item, please contact us and we'll see what we can do. Customs Fees You as the buyer are resposible for any and all customs fees that may be incurred. It is my responsibility to ensure the accuracy of all the information that I enter on a U.S. Customs Declaration Form. Undervaluing or including an inaccurate description of a parcel's contents may result in seizure, monetary penalties or delivery delays of your order. Therefore, I will only include specific and accurate information on a Customs Declaration form. Please do not ask me to mark any items as "gifts" or undervalue your order. The value of the item(s) marked on the customs form will be what you paid for the item(s)." Refunds and Exchanges We try our best to deliver the best product to you in an accurate and timely manner. If you decide that you are not satisfied with your decal, please contact us for return instructions. The decal must be returned at your expense in its original condition. Once received by us, we'll issue a refund minus the original shipping cost. Custom decals cannot be returned unless there is an error on our behalf. Please contact us via email for return instructions. Tips For Installing Your New Vinyl: - Clean your wall with a damp rag (water only). Wait until the wall is completely dry before continuing. - Please refrain from using soap or chemicals to clean the wall as they may damage the vinyl adhesive. - Please do not apply wall surfaces that have been freshly painted in the past 30 days.
