Packages are shipped via priority mail. Please allow 7-10 business days from time of order prior to shipping. (usually I can get them shipped in less time) I typically ship every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Customer service is guaranteed. I try very hard to keep an open line of communication with all of my clients. If you find the collar is not a proper fit you may exchange it for a different size. The collar must be returned (at your cost) to me within 21 days and must be in new condition. If you experience faulty or damaged hardware please convo me immediately and return the collar promtly for a replacement or refund. All of the hardware I use is high quality, industrial plastic however; that being said, I will not guarantee against chewing and or general doggie mahem - so please consider your collar carefully! If for whatever reason you are not happy with the collar you may return it for a full refund. The collar must be returned to be in it's new condition within 21 days from the time of purchase (at your cost). A full refund will be issued to you within 30 days of receipt of the collar.
