Shipping (Currently only Shipping in the USA)
Purchases in the U.S. are shipped a flat rate of $4.95 Priority Mail. Delivery confirmation is included for all U.S. buyers unless the shipping address cannot be confirmed. The more pieces you purchase the more you save on shipping.

**Shipping Insurance** is highly recommended as I will NOT be held responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages. Orders over $200 will receive shipping insurance at no extra cost

Returns
All non-custom jewelry may be returned for refund or exchange, excluding the cost of shipping, within 10 days of receipt. Each piece returned must be accompanied with a return authorization number and be packaged in its original condition with a copy of the invoice. Contact with Stone Wolf Studios, LLC is required for all returns. Failure to do so may result in a 20% restocking fee.

All custom orders forfeit 50% of purchase, with remaining balance granted for credit or exchange valid for one year starting the day Stone Wolf Studios, LLC receives the return.

Have a cabochon, pottery shard or something else that you would like wrapped? Send me an e-mail and we'll chat about what your looking for. Currently I do custom work in sterling silver and 14kt gold-fill. A material deposit, nonrefundable, will be required before any work is done. A timeline for completion will be set based on material availability and time needed to finish the project. Remaining balance payment must be made within 5 days of posting completion. Failure to do so may result in forfeit of down-payment and the posting of finished piece for sale to the public.

Materials that I will not currently work on are opals and ammonite. As I have no experience with those items using my own stones I would not feel comfortable handling these more delicate materials. I also do not do custom faceted stones at this time, due to the temperamental nature of the style.
