-My official ship days are Tuesday and Friday. I actually typically ship most days, but I guarantee shipments by the next official ship day after your payment clears.
I default to First Class shipping, to save everyone money. If you would like to be upgraded to Priority or faster, just let me know.

-I offer a guarantee on all my work. I want you to be happy! As a small business I can't offer money back on everything, but I will work to correct anything you are unsatisfied with or give you a store credit in the amount of your original purchase with any returned product. (no refunds or credit offered for shipping charges)

-Special Orders-
I love custom work, it makes me so happy! On small (1-3 skeins or under $50) I am happy to do the dyeing and charge you the full amount after the work is complete. On larger orders (4 or more skeins/braids, 1 lb or more, $50 or more) I request a 50% deposit to save your fiber/yarn. Message me for more details, I am really flexible!

-Colors vary wildly from computer to computer, and I aim to do my best to represent colors accurately. However, please be aware that your monitor may not show the colors the way I see them. If you receive product that you feel is way off, please message me and see my return policy above.
