- I hand paint all of my items individually, so this means that I can rarely duplicate one skein, batt or braid of fiber exactly. I do my best to replicate all of my colorways, but each item is a unique and individual creation all its own. If you would like more than one skein or braid of a certain colorway, let me know and I will dye them together to make them as similar as possible.- Please remember that your computer monitor may be slightly different than mine. I try to be as accurate as possible when I describe my colors.- If you are unhappy with your order or purchase, please return the item to me in its original condition. I will offer an exchange or refund for items that are returned in good condition within 30 days of purchase.- I ship all items via the US Post Office First Class mail service. If the item is too heavy I will ship it Priority Mail. International shipping will be First Class as well. I am usually able to ship your item within 24 hours or one full business day, but sometimes I may need a second day for shipping.- I am happy to fulfill custom order requests. Please remember that I may have other orders to fill first and that I may need to order supplies in order to fulfill your request. I will keep you updated on the progress of a custom order as often as I can and I will do my best to fill those orders promptly, but the process is not instantaneous.
