I want to sell my work. More than selling, I want to establish a rapport with the people with whom I do business. I want folks who buy my work to come back. I want them to feel good when they wear what they buy from me. One lady told me she feels comfortable with me. If she wishes a necklace were just a bit longer, she doesn't have to worry about hurting my feelings if she says so. She knows that if I can accommodate her wishes, I will do it. Refunds: It is possible to get a refund. I would rather avoid the problem for both of us, so if you are unsure of the measurements of a piece or would like to ask me any questions or if you would like to see more pictures before you buy, email me and ask. I will refund if the piece is damaged during shipping. Contact me within 3 days after receiving the item and let me know. I will refund when it is shipped back to me. If you feel that the quality does not match the description or pictures, contact me and we will see how we can resolve this issue. Items will be shipped within three business days after I receive the order. All shipping costs include insurance fees. Most items will have delivery confirmation included. Neither of us wants to waste time trying to track something that has shipped. If you buy more than one item, the cost is one extra dollar per extra item. If you buy five items, shipping is free.
