PAYMENT POLICY - Please note that payment is due immediately at time of order, otherwise order is canceled. We accept: - Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover); - Paypal - Money Orders - Wire Transfer International customers - pls pay with paypal and provide us a verified/confirmed address for shipping. If you are placing a large order (buying multiple items that exceed $200 in value) and need us to figure out shipping costs, payment is due on receipt of the invoice. SHIPPING POLICY - We also use US Postal Service for most shipments. For heavy or bulky shipments that are not required in a rush, we may use Fedex Ground. Please note that we are not a big company and cannot absorb shipping costs, but we do not make profit from shipping. Shipping charges include cost of shipping, packing materials and extra handling. Shipments sent by Fedex Ground and exceeding $100 are automatically insured. Please note that it is our policy to ship to your paypal verified address. If you would like your item shipped to a different address, pls first change the address in paypal so that the new address is your paypal provided address. We normally ship 2-3 times a week. But pls note that it can take up to one week for your order to ship, and for some items up to 2 weeks during busy season. However, if the item is really needed sooner let us know and we will endeavor to get it out ASAP. We would also suggest that you upgrade the shipping to expidited for urgent orders. International customers - pls contact us with your detailed address so we can figure out shipping costs for you. Pls note that our shipping costs do not include any customs duties, import fees/taxes/surcharges levied by your home country or any transit countries or the delivering carrier. Please note that in all cases of return, no exceptions, the buyer pays return shipping. RETURNS / REFUNDS - We accept returns of accessories and some supplies. Due to the nature of personal care items (soaps, skincare, salves/balms; bath & body products; herbal packs, sleep masks, eye pillows, etc), we cannot accept returns unless the item is defective. Please note that in all cases of return, no exceptions, the buyer pays return shipping.
