My preferred method of payment at this time is PayPal but I also accept Amazon Payments. NOTE: Please make sure that the address in your PayPal account is correct/where I am to send it as this is the address I use to send out your order. Use the NOTES TO SELLER section if you need this sent to other than your address.
CT residents will be charged 6% State Sales Tax.

CREDIT CARD CUSTOMERS - You do not need a PayPal account in order to pay through PayPal. Click the payment button and it will give you the option to pay by credit card without signing up for a PayPal account.

Shipping
I ship USPS First Class with Delivery Confirmation to verified PayPal address only- US.

Any orders totaling $50 or more are upgraded to include Insurance. Orders over $150.00 are upgraded to include Signature Confirmation.

Though I take these extra precautions, I cannot be held responsible for items lost, damaged or stolen once they leave my hands- but you are not totally at the mercy of the mail deities. :o) Please contact me and I will see what can be done.

International buyers please contact me and I promise to accommodate you.

Refunds and Exchanges
I want you to be happy with your new keepsake. If you are not pleased with your purchase, please contact me within 7 business days and I will be happy to refund. If it's more then 7 business days, contact me anyway and let's see what we can work out, shall we?

I do not, however, refund the cost of shipping and so your refund will be the item price only; it will not include the cost of shipping. There will be no refunds on customized, personalized or special order items. If I have made a mistake in the customization, please contact me and I will repair, or replace the item.

PLEASE NOTE: I use the information given to me in the NOTES TO SELLER section, so please make sure they are accurate; if you need this item sent to another address, write it in this section.

RETURNS: I gladly accept "broken" items within 7 days of purchase and will either replace OR give a full refund upon request if my jewelry has failed due to NORMAL wearing conditions. Refunds will NOT be honored if the item was damaged due to an attempted repair by the buyer or other jewelry designer/bead maker (in other words, ANYONE OTHER THAN MYSELF). If the item was received damaged please contact me right away and I will give instructions on what to do at that time. The buyer is to pay shipping on returned items.

CUSTOM ORDERS AND PERSONALIZATION:
I am happy to personalize any items. I DO NOT refund any money on custom orders. IF I have been the one to make it incorrectly then I will REMAKE the item.

REPAIRS: I will make repairs on all items if possible and please understand that I may not be able to duplicate item exactly as these treasures are unique in their own way.

Buyer : You are responsible to pay shipping to me but I will pay shipping back to you once the repair is done.

Additional Policies and FAQs~
I carefully ship your order packaged in either a bubble wrap mailer or box (depending on the number of items) with good-ities and nice-ities such as:

A box suitable for gifting, Care Instructions sheet, Waranty Info, a pouch for storage or to use in your purse to safeguard when you are not wearing your treasure and a gift card.

Also, all the items represented here through my photographs are as accurate as I can make them. Colors can vary by monitor and settings. No foolies here!
