Due to my travel schedule please allow up to 5 business days for items to ship. I will combine shipping where possible and will refund you the difference when I have packaged everything up to go out. I really feel it should last a lifetime, if you encounter any issues with it, please contact me so we can get it fixed. Even if it breaks, I will be very cost conscious in my estimate to get it back in shape for you. Apparel - my apparel is for casual use and thus eventually it will become worn, get horse-y goobers on it and I hope you will not want a new one after 6 months, however, if you receive it and find any defects in the manufacturing, let me know asap so we can get it fixed. Decals - I warrant decals against defects, not against mis-installation. I will only refund if you return the defective decal to me, intact with the protective masking and backing in place. I provide very detailed instructions including pictures to illustrate proper installation. Please inspect your decal carefully when you receive it BEFORE you install. Decals are delicate and are easily mis-installed if not handled with care. I had to institute this policy after many folks expected a refund after mis-installing. Crystals - Our crystals, are leaded crystals. As such, they exceed the maximum tolerance for children. Our crystals are not toys -- they are not intended for children. Please keep this in mind as you consider purchasing items that contain crystals!
