Hi,Welcome to my shop StylishLife on Artfire.
We may have new designs every week, please visit our shop regularly to find out your favorite clothing that fits you well.
Payment:
We recommend you to use Paypal. It's convenient and safe for you. Currently we can't take money orders or checques cos they are not practical in my country.
Shipping:
We ship worldwide as long as there is post office near your location. The shipping cost is as item description. And there is combined shippping discount from second piece.
We use International AIR POST service as default shipping method. Because it's fast and reasonablly priced. Usually it takes 10-20 days to US, Canada, UK, Australia and other major countries. It might be delayed by custom procedure, but in most cases, it is fast.
We will use your Paypal address as shipping address, pls make sure it is correct. We don't bear responsiblity if you typed wrong address.
Refunds and Exchanges:
If the clothes we send has quality or fitting flaws, pls contact us 3 DAYS upon receiving, we will do our best to help you to get things correct. We will do our best to make sure you will be responded ASAP(since we locate in China, so there is 12 hrs time lag) and your issue will be quickly followed up. In our shop, a transaction is completed only after everything is fine.
All pieces are hand made with heart, so we don't accept returns and refunds if you just don't like the pieces or there is no quality mistake on our side. Please send us clear enough pictures to help us to locate the problem, or we can't do any help.
Before returning, pls contact us for the returning address(pls don't use the envolope address, it is shipping agency's add), we can't refund you or exchange if the parcel is lost or sent to a wrong address.
If you happen to order a wrong size, you may exchange the right size for free of charge(only the same design), but need to bear the shipping costs. You may contact me before your further steps for suggestion(for some designs can be easily altered at your local tailor's to save shipping costs). Pls contact me before sending to get the returning adress and register the mail to avoid unhappy situation. I will refund you as soon as I get the item in original condition(without wearing,trace of perfume, washed, spoiled).
The items are as pics showed; but it may look differently on you. Pls think twice before making purchase decision. We put heart and time in making each piece, pls pay due respect on our efforts and time.
If you haven't received your parcel after 6 weeks, we consider it as lost mails. Please contact us for resending the replacement. We don't refund if parcel is lost, because shipping is out of our control and none of a seller's responsiblility.
