I only accept Paypal for payment.You do not need to have a Paypal account in order to pay through Paypal. All Packages are shipped through Canada Post. Buyer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Exchanges on slippers are accepted, I will replace with desired size if returned to me, buyer is responsible for shipping costs at their end. I will also accept custom orders for crochetd items in any colour desired. For health reasons Earrings are not refundable. Items shipped within one day of payment being confirmed by Paypal. Custom orders will be shipped within five days of placing order. I will send buyer an email when I have shipped the item to them. Any duties or customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
