PAYMENT

We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and money orders or cashier's checks drawn on a U.S. Bank.
You can use a credit card through Paypal and you do not have to be a member of Paypal to use this option.

SHIPPING

Your package is usually shipped within five business days of cleared payment.

US shipments are via US Postal Service 1st Class and Priority, with estimated 2-5 day delivery.

International shipments are via US Postal Service First Class Air (please note that while estimated delivery dates are 5-10 days, our experience is that some packages take 3-5 weeks due to customs and the international climate).

Buyers may be subject to customs duties or taxes on items shipped from overseas. These charges are the buyers responsibility and must be covered by them.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Please contact us within 30 days of purchase to arrange the return of any damaged or defective item. Prior authorization is necessary for processing your return.
Shipping fees are not refundable.
Make sure that the item wasn't worn or used, and isn't damaged as a result of your neglect, and the product packaging is not damaged or missing.

CUSTOM ORDERS

We are also happy to consider custom orders, so if you like my style but want something in a different color or something that we've sold, please contact us to discuss a custom order.

We are also able to lengthen or shorten most of our necklaces and bracelets. Depending on the difficulty, this may involve an extra charge. We also have necklace extenders available.
Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about the length of a necklace or bracelet, most likely we can work something out!

MEASUREMENTS
All measurements are approximate. We measure the earring length from the top of the earwire. If we are interested in additional measurements, please send us a conversation.
