SHIPPING: Your purchases are shipped with care in the safest manner possible and we include Delivery Confirmation on every domestic package. International shipments are insured. Our s/h rates have been devised by our accountant with every effort given to keep your s/h fees reasonable and fair. We will charge you no more than it costs us to offer, prepare, and ship your package. If, however, we determine that the total you paid for s/h is more than our expenses, we will issue a refund to your PayPal account. (In cases where your refund would be less than $1, we reserve the right to send a small, free gift in your package in lieu of a small refund.) TIME FRAME: We ship the next business day (weekends and holidays excluded) as long as payment is received and cleared into our account by 12:00 noon EST! Many times we can get your shipment out even quicker, sometimes the same day if our mail has not gone. We ship as fast as possible depending on when your payment clears! We appreciate our military personnel and are happy to ship to military APO/FPO addresses! PAYMENT via PayPal or Amazon Payments is expected to be received at the time of sale. SALES TAX is applied only to customers in Florida. CUSTOM ORDERS are a large part of my business. In most cases, 12x12 scrapbook pages are $25 each ($50 for a double layout). Contact me!
