You may cancel within 48 hours of placing your order provided shipment hasn't already been made. 6% sales tax must be charged for all purchases made by Pennsylvania residents. SHIPPING: I generally ship via USPS Mail. Optional shipping insurance can be purchased. Please let me know if you would like the insurance and I'll adjust your item's shipping cost accordingly before you make your purchase. I usually ship items listed as "READY TO SHIP" on the next business day. Shipping time for made-to-order items will depend on the order and my current backlog. Please note that I want to save you money on shipping. Any of my blankets may be shipped with another for a lower shipping cost, or even for free. If you plan on purchasing multiple items, please let me know in advance and I'll modify the shipping costs for you. REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES: I will make every effort to get your order to you in perfect condition. However, I recognize that mistakes can be made and accidents can happen. If your order is damaged during shipment and you purchased the optional shipping insurance, please let me know and I will promptly replace it. If, upon arrival, you find a flaw in workmanship on any of your items (for example- a seam is missing or broken) please let me know immediately and I will either exchange the item or give you a partial refund. Whatever the case, we will work it out together. CARE: All of my items are machine washable and have been prewashed for you in dye-free and perfume-free detergent. I recommend a mild detergent in cold water. Tumble dry on low heat.
