I ship only to the United States, and I only accept payment by PayPal. Your fabric basket, pillowcase, throw pillow cover, and rag quilt purchase will be mailed to you by USPS priority mail usually a day or two after receiving your cleared payment. MY SHIPPING DAYS ARE MONDAY, TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY, AND FRIDAY. My shipping charge for one pillowcase, or throw pillow cover is $5.25. Each additional pillowcase or throw pillow cover purchased at the same time and paid for in the same PayPal payment will ship for an additional $1.00. My shipping charge for one fabric basket is $5.25. Any and all additional fabric baskets purchased at the same time and paid for in the same PayPal payment will ship FREE! My shipping charge for one rag quilt is $13.00. If you are purchasing other items in addition to a rag quilt and you are overcharged for shipping, please be assured that I will refund any shipping overcharge to you. All fabric hair scrunchies ship by USPS first class mail. The first scrunchie will ship for $1.00 and any additional scrunchies included in the same order will ship for an additional $.25. If anyone wants their hair scrunchie purchase shipped faster, then Priority Mail charges will apply at $5.25 for as many scrunchies as will fit into a USPS Priority Mail flat rate envelope. If your purchase is a gift (and being shipped by me directly to your gift recipient) I will be happy to include a gift notification (letting them know who the gift is from) instead of a packing slip (which shows the purchase price of the item). Just be sure to let me know at the time you make your purchase or payment. If I've already paid for and printed your shipping label, I won't be able to do this for you. I take great care with the choice of fabrics and with the construction of my items, and I want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have any questions or concerns once you receive your items, please email me immediately so that I may make right whatever you feel is wrong. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to me within seven days from the delivery date, clean and unused, just as you received it. However, please note that all sales are final on the fabric hair scrunchies. Please contact me BEFORE returning your items so that I may give you my shipping address (which is my office, not my home). I will refund the purchase price but not your shipping costs. If your returned item is not received by me clean and unused within seven days from the delivery date, no refund will be issued. Please remember that my refund policy does not apply to my fabric hair scrunchies where all sales are final. My fabric baskets, pillowcases, envelope-back throw pillow covers, rag quilts, and fabric hair scrunchies make thoughtful and unique birthday and holiday gifts, especially when you find something special for your gift recipient.
