Shipping within the US always comes with a confirmation number that you can check online and as our candy is made to order, items are shipped out within 14 business days unless otherwise noted in the store. If you are placing a larger order please convo me so that I can give you a time estimate and make you up a custom listing. If upon reciept your lollipops are damaged please let me know and a replacement will be sent out to you. Please note that you are recieving a hand made product, colors, flavors and design can vary and due to the nature of the product I cannot accept returns.
