Payment: When committing to buy an item from me, I expect payment to be submitted within 2 days. I accept payments only through Paypal.***Minnesota Residents will be charged a 6.875% sales tax. This is done by PayPal. Paypal will automatically charge MN residents sales tax on every item you buy in my shop. If you buy non-taxed items (hat, dress, bonnet, etc), I shall reimburse you that taxed amount. ****Hutchinson, MN residents will be charged a 7.375% tax to reflect state and local tax. Shipping: When shipping one item, I use Standard USPS shipping methods and ship to US and international addresses. If you order and pay for several items at one time, I'll try to stuff a Flat Rate Box if it is more economical! Then, I shall reimburse you for any of the excess shipping costs. I am willing to ship your order overseas once payment has cleared. Please understand that shipping international is expensive! I don't raise the prices of my products to compensate for the high costs of shipping. When your payment has cleared through Paypal, I strive to ship your item out within 2 business days. I am a busy mom and there are occasions where I am not able to make the 2 day deadline (ie sick kids or bad weather). If this should be the case, I will contact you as soon as possible and hope that you would understand! ***International shipments will ONLY be done on Saturdays as I work during normal post office hours during the work week.*** Refunds/Exchanges: I do not offer refunds or exchanges. When I ship items out, I package items well to minimize the risk of damage. As of right now, my inventory is small so exchanges are not easily possible. If something is very wrong, please contact me and I shall try to fix it! Custom Orders: I would love to work with you with a custom order! Is there something in my store you like but would want a different color or printed fabric? Just ask! I'll let you know what is available for me to work with. Before I make your custom item, I require a 50% nonrefundable downpayment to cover supplies and/or time. I will make sure to keep you informed through out the process of me making your item! ***I craft in my smoke-free home but I do have a dog and cat! They roam around the house but I don't let them sit on my crafts. If you would like, I can re-wash the item you buy but please allow for and extra 2 days (I line dry).***
