I will contact you should there be an unforeseen delay, and you will receive an email notification when your order has shipped. All items travel first class USPS with delivery confirmation. Shipping and handling for the first item is $4.50; additional items purchased as part of the same order are just $1.00. For shipping outside the US/Canada, countries are listed on each item page and will cost $27 for First Class Priority International. Additional items ship free as long as they fit in the same package. If your country is not listed, please contact me via the "contact seller" button for availability and rates. Each item will arrive in its own gift box or pouch, ready to become one of your new favorite things -- or to give to someone who's pretty lucky to know you. HANDMADE PRODUCT INFO: In the unlikely event that there is a problem with your bracelet, please let me know right away. I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and am committed to producing wearable art that reflects quality materials and workmanship. Natural leather, glass beads, and real gemstones all feature markings and textural differences among pieces. Please appreciate these characteristics as part of their natural and handmade charm. However, if you are not satisfied with your item upon receipt please let me know right away. You may return it within 2 weeks for a full refund, less shipping costs. (See below for additional return information.) Please note also that while these bracelets appear a bit rustic, they are handmade and deserve the care in wearing them you'd give to any special piece of jewelry. As with any authentic leather product, wearing bracelets in water is not recommended. SIZING INFO: When it comes to bracelets, we each have our own comfort preference. You may like to wear yours wrapped tightly around your wrist, or you may like it a bit looser so it can dangle to your hand. In order to accommodate a variety of comfort options, I've given all bracelets at least two or three (and some even four) openings for the clasp. If you have a very petite wrist (less than 6") please let me know as I may need to make a petite version for you. If you have any concerns at all about sizing/fit, please send me a note with your wrist size and I will confirm fit for you. If we cannot address the issue and you need to return your item, please do so within 2 weeks of receipt; after this I cannot accept returns. I also cannot accept returns due to size issues; please read the descriptions carefully to determine if the measurements will work for you; most bracelets are adjustable to fit pretty much any wrist, but some bracelet descriptions will note if that particular bracelet is larger or smaller than the average.
