I ship within 2 business days of payment clearing. Exceptions are if you've ordered a print or commissioned a piece that requires time to complete.
Your OOAK art doll will be mummy wrapped in cotton batting, bubble wrapped twice, secured to prevent any movement, and placed in a sturdy box.
All pastel paintings will be excessively padded, packaged to prevent any movement, and boxed for safe arrival.
Although I've never had a complaint or return, I'll work with you to resolve any problems. If, for some reason, the item has been damaged in shipping, I will pay for its return and correct the damage. If you are unsatisfied with the art work received, you pay for shipping to return the item for a refund. I strive to ensure a happy customer.
