SHIPPING CHARGES: Shipping charges are as stated on each item listing. There is often a multiple item shipping discount, as reflected in your shopping cart.
SHIPPING METHOD:Unless stated otherwise, shipping within the United States is by USPS FIRST CLASS mail with DELIVERY CONFIRMATION.
However, domestic shipments weighing over 13 ounces are sent USPS PRIORITY mail with DELIVERY CONFIRMATION and INSURANCE.
Expedited Service is available for additional cost. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for details. (Priority mail starts at $7.50).
International shipments weighing less than 16 ounces are sent by USPS INTERNATIONAL FIRST CLASS mail, unless other arrangements have been made. International shipments weighing 16 ounces or more are sent by USPS International Priority mail with Insurance.
TIMELINESS: All orders are guaranteed to be shipped within two business days of a cleared payment. However, TS usually sends orders by the next business day.
Although TS cannot guarantee the speediness of USPS, due to past experience, most USPS First class and Priority mail within the United States has been delivered within three days of shipment.
International shipments take more time, about 10 business days.

Various forms of payment are accepted at Tantalizing Stitches including: Paypal, Google Checkout, RME, Amazon Payments, and money order.
If you would like to pay by money order, only USPS money orders are accepted.
USPS MONEY ORDER: U.S. Postal Service money orders are a safe, economical, and efficient way to send money through mail. If you would like to pay with this method, choose "money order" as your payment preference, and send El a message indicating when you have sent the payment.

----------Exchanges and Returns----------TIMING: To request a refund or exchange, the customer must contact El within 5 days of receipt of package by artfire message or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
LOSS / DAMAGE: Items are packaged to prevent loss or damage. However, in the event of damage due to shipping, the customer is requested to contact TS within five days of receipt of package with information about the damage.
REFUNDS: Refunds are only provided when item is not as described.
EXCHANGES: If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your item, the item may be exchanged subject to the following:
1) The item must be returned in the exact same condition you received it.
2) Shipping charges you previously paid for are forfeited.
3) $2 restocking fee applies.
4) You must contact El within 5 days of receipt of package by message or by email at email@example.com.
5) Store credit will be given.
Because we value your time, we kindly ask that our time be valued as well. For this reason, all pre-order cancellations requested before being shipped to the customer will result in store credit only. If the item is already shipped out to the customer, regular TS policies apply (see below).
