I do hope you enjoy browsing my handmade jewellery.
For me, each piece of jewellery that I create is unique. Designed to be loved by one person.
All of the jewellery featured in my shop is made by me in my home studio.
I take pride in the quality of my workmanship and each piece is made with an eye to detail and finish.
All of the materials used in each design are given careful thought and are hand-picked by me.

Payment
I accept the following methods of payment:
For Australian Customers:
~ Direct Debit - subject to clearance - please contact me directly if you wish to use this method.
~ PayPal
For International Customers:
~ PayPal only.
:::PLEASE NOTE::: You do NOT need a PayPal account to pay for your items through PayPal.
You can choose the PayPal Option during check out. After you submit your order, click the "Pay Now" button. On the right-hand side of the next page you will see 2 options, the second one is to pay using a credit or debit card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.

If you are having any issues with payment, or any aspect of the transaction, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item will be shipped.
Shipping
All items are shipped in a handmade gift box - closed with a ribbon and ready for gift giving - which is then placed in a bubble-mailer.
I take great care to ensure that all products are packaged securely prior to shipping - in order for them to arrive in the same condition as they left me.
All items are shipped within 3 working days of your payment clearing.
I am located in rural Australia.
Domestic Parcels
~ are sent via regular Australia Post.
~ parcels can be sent via Registered Post at your request. Items valued over $50 will be sent via Registered Post, at no extra charge to you.
~ please allow 3-4 working days for delivery.
International Parcels
~ are sent via regular Australia Post Air Mail.
~ please allow 7-10 working days for delivery.
:::PLEASE NOTE::: During peak delivery periods, eg. Christmas, delivery times take longer. Please take this in to account when purchasing at these times.
While Australia Post is reliable, I cannot be held responsible for any delays with the Post Office or Customs.
I also cannot assume responsibility for lost mail. However, should your parcel genuinely go missing, I will do my best to compensate for this.
As the purchaser, you are responsible for any Customs fees or charges.
I always send an email informing you of the date of postage, and the expected date of arrival.
If you have requested Registered Post within Australia, this number will also be included in this email.
Tasha Chawner can send your orders to a different address other than your billing address. This means that your gift can be delivered directly to your loved one!
Please inform me in the note to seller at checkout that the purchase is intended as a gift and I will elegantly gift wrap your purchase for extra effect and at no extra charge.
Refunds and Exchanges
I offer a 100% happiness guarantee.
If you are not completely delighted with your new jewellery, please email me within 48 hours to make arrangements for a refund or exchange.
Please Note: Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Return shipping charges will also be your responsibility.
Please take the following steps to ensure a smooth returns process:
1. Return the item in its original, unused condition - with all tags still attached. If tags have been removed then I cannot accept the item as a return.
2. Fill out the 'returns and exchange' form that was included with your order.
3. Return form and original receipt, along with item, to the address listed on the form.
4. Please register and insure your parcel, as I cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to returned items whilst in transit.
Custom Orders
I am more than happy to work on a Custom Order for you.
Please feel free to contact me so that we can discuss your ideas and develop a design that you will love.
Please note: a non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to begin work on a custom order project. Once the design, materials and price have been agreed upon and the project started, no further changes can be made.
Additional Information
Each piece of jewellery is handmade by me. My prices reflect the total cost of materials and the time that it takes to make each piece.
