We are happy to ship worldwide. We use USPS Priority shipping for most orders. If you have a special request or if you need your shipping upgraded to a faster delivery method, please contact us.
Refunds and Exchanges
All of our products are crafted with care and effort to ensure optimal quality. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please let us know and we will be happy to replace it for an identical item or a full refund. We do not offer refunds on personalized products, but we will gladly replace your item in the event that it is damaged in transit.
How to order personalized items:
Once you order a product from us, please send us your personalization information for any custom-made items. We will email you a proof of your design to make sure it is exactly how you expect before it is created. If you have any changes or special requests, you can let us know in a reply email and a new design proof will be sent. Your item will not be created until we receive your approval.
Please note: A delay in sending us your personalization information or design approval may increase production and shipping time.
