REFUNDS:
There are no refunds on any of the graphic design products. Due to the time it takes to create and list items as well as fees involved, all sales are final.


SHIPPING:
Physical purchases are mailed 5 business days from the date payment is cleared.

Shipped items are sent to the address on your Art Fire receipt; please make sure it's current.

Estimated arrival is 8 to 15 days from send date, but may take more than 20 depending on destination. Tracking is not always available. Please contact me BEFORE ordering if a tracking number is required. Shipping charges might increase.

Great care is taken when packaging so your item arrives safely. However, I am not responsible for damage or loss during it's travel if it occurs. In case you have a problem, please contact me.

Customers are responsible for any fees and tariffs associated with Customs.

I work more or less all waking hours during the week Monday - Friday. I do check my inbox but do not officially work on Saturdays
